About a month ago, Peppy died after a very brief illness. She was our sweet cocker spaniel and we loved her so much. She was 11 and ½ years old and she was such a good dog.
When you feel anxious or upset, your mind starts going in all directions and soon, your feelings increase and get worse.
Lately I haven’t been feeling like myself. 
That dreaded doctor’s scale! Most of us, especially women, hate getting on that thing.
