Conquer emotional eating – Lesson 14

Help — I’ve lost my motivation and
can’t seem to get it back?

Motivation is so mysterious and elusive. You don’t usually know how you got it started. And when it leaves. you have no idea where it went or how to get it back.

Reviving your motivation doesn’t come easily. But it can be done. You simply need to figure out how to push yourself out the door for a walk instead of sinking into the recliner.

For this lesson review, I am sharing the special report I’ve written about motivation. (Some of may have read this before since it’s offered as a free download on my website.)

This report does a great job of giving you fresh ideas for getting motivation back and keeping it strong, even on your hardest days.

Today: Read Chapter 12 in  Life is Hard, Food is Easy, then work on the exercises in those chapters.

Use your own notebook or journal to record your thoughts and insights.
